Description
A TCO-activated Cy5 probe can be used for detection and visualization of tetrazine-containing molecules. TCO moiety reacts with tetrazines to produce a stable, covalent linkage, also referred to as the inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction.
