Methyltetrazine-PEG4-Maleimide

Methyltetrazine-PEG4-Maleimide is a sulfhydryl-reactive reagent that contains a 4-unit ethylene glycol in its spacer arm for increased water-solubility. It enables simple and efficient incorporation of a methyltetrazine moiety onto antibodies, cysteine-containing peptides and other thiol-containing molecules.
